We are seeking to engage with an Electrically-biased Field Operations Manager to join a leading provider of specialist ventilation solutions.This role is crucial in ensuring a high standard of service delivery, leading a team of field-based engineers across the South, and providing technical and operational support to maintain efficiency and quality.This role requires a balance of hands-on Electrical expertise and people management, ensuring engineers are working safely, productively, and to the highest quality standards.Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of field-based engineers, ensuring adherence to safety, productivity, and quality standards. Carry out site visits across the UK to coach and audit completed work, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations. Provide electrical support and technical guidance to engineers and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain a high-performing team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to carry out their roles effectively. Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workload management to maximise operational efficiency. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
