Caretaker Vacancy - E8 - Haggerston We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to work with one of our clients. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on cleaning and basic maintenance, with an emphasis on safe working practices.Good communication skills is a must.The job role is currently temporary (on going) if any vacancies come up while you are there you are more than welcome to apply, it is a large company with new vacancies coming up all the time.Job Details:Location: Haggerston E8Start Date: ASAPWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pmTotal Hours: 35 hours per weekPay Rate: 16.43 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)Main Responsibilities:General cleaning and maintenance tasksPicking up leaves in winter, sweeping roads, and other external cleaning dutiesKeeping repair logs and completing basic outdoor tasks, especially on Thursdays and FridaysWorking alongside another caretaker, requiring good teamwork and communication skillsKnowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) is beneficial to ensure safe handling of cleaning productsBasic IT skills (sending emails and logging repairs)Additional Information:This is an ongoing role with the potential to become permanent.A DBS check will be required for this position.
