Job description Aspect Maintenance, a leading provider of property maintenance services, is seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Carpentry: All aspects of carpentry, including (but not limited to): First and second fix carpentry Door fitting and repairs (Fire Door Desirable) Kitchen fitting and repairs Flooring installation and repairs Roofing repairs Furniture assembly and repair Other Trades (Desirable): Basic plumbing Basic electrical work (e.g., changing sockets, light fittings) Painting and decorating Tiling General property maintenance Benefits: £31.85 to £68 per hour on-site Branded vehicle and uniform Congestion Charge and ULEZ paid Parts/materials purchasing via our supplier network Opportunity to progress to senior field-based roles About Us: We ve been one of London s largest property maintenance companies for more than 20 years and now we are looking to spread our reach further afield.
