As the key liaison between the company and its customers, the Internal Sales Co-ordinator will oversee the entire order progression process, ensuring smooth communication and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, being the primary advocate for customer needs, and maintaining clear communication on order status and fulfilment.
