Key Responsibilities of a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Provide one-to-one support and assistance to students with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom. Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement personalised learning strategies. Support students with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility, as required. Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
