Experienced civils biased Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager required to join a regional specialist contractor working on impressive schemes across the civils industry up to the value of 20M. Joining an experienced and longstanding HSQE team, working alongside some of the country''s top main contractors. Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality and working alongside the Quality Manager you will be responsible for driving and promoting Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality on site and amongst the business. This Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager role will involve regular client liaison, reviewing existing processes and methodologies, implementing and improving monitoring and management systems to track company performance, alongside leading investigations and providing support and knowledge throughout tendering stage. As Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager you will lead your projects as No1 holding ultimate responsibility for the smooth and safe progress whilst on site. This role is with a busy specialist regional contractor based in the Southwest, with a turnover in excess of 80m. Traditionally you will oversee a range of schemes including highways, flood alleviation, reservoir schemes valuing up to 20M across Hampshire, Wiltshire and the Southwest.
