Ad hoc and long-term roles Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Temporary Teaching Assistants to join our team at schools specialising in supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Key Responsibilities: Student Support: Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the class teacher and SENCO. Behaviour Management: Implement and support the school''s behaviour management strategies to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Monitoring Progress: Help track and record students'' progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to progress reports. Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and encouragement to students, helping them develop resilience and coping strategies.
