We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptableandnbsp;Key Stage 2 teacherandnbsp;to join one of the wonderful schools we service inandnbsp;Haywards Heath. Whether youandrsquo;re an experienced teacher seeking flexible working options or an NQT/ECT aiming to gain more classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a desirable primary school in the area.

In your role, you will deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students are engaged and progressing during your time with them.

• Deliverandnbsp;high-quality lessons in line with school policies and curriculum plans.
• Manageandnbsp;classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
• Adaptandnbsp;to different school environments and teaching practices.
• Ensureandnbsp;that all students receive equal opportunities for learning and development.

£andnbsp;Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)andnbsp;or equivalent.
• andnbsp;Strong classroom managementandnbsp;and organisational skills.
• Excellent communicationandnbsp;abilities.
• £andnbsp;Current DBSandnbsp;registered on the update service or willing to apply.
