ABOUT THE SERVICE MANAGER ROLE We are looking for a Service Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you will provide care and support to people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantages. You will work in a supportive and understanding environment, focusing on each person s individual needs and goals. This role is perfect for someone who is determined, takes pride in their work, and is able to motivate a diverse team. We are particularly keen to encourage applications from individuals currently in deputy or senior roles who are looking to take the next step in their career. If you re ready to step up and lead a team, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and make a real impact. Shift Pattern: 12 month fixed term contract - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 5:00. Onsite face to face service. With flexibility around these hours required.
