Production Operatives Required for Middleton area Immediate work available About Us We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to work for a well-established Mat manufacturer based in Middleton Manchester. Job Location: Middleton, Manchester Overtime Pay Rate: Overtime available Temp to Perm work available Working Hours: Rotating Shifts Monday to Friday 06:00-14:.72 per hour 14:00-22:00 mixture between both rates 22:00-06:.06 per hour Please note you MUST be able to work all shifts as they rotate on a weekly basis. About the role Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment. This is a repetitive role, however, the process is interesting and not the typical mundane production line work Working as a team in a pod of 4 You will be working on a production line making rubber matts Trimming of material and other duties involved What we need from you Previous production operative experience Must be reliable, good time keeping and attendance Be confident in communicating with your colleagues Have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Have the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks. Be a strong team player.
