Zest4Talent are recruiting for a Finance Director for a charity based in Guildford Surrey. Reporting to the board of Trustees and senior management team, you will also lead a small Finance team as well as support the Chief Executive in planning strategy and ensure continued national and international success. A salary of c 80-90k per annum is on offer (negotiable) as well as excellent benefits including, partial remote working, flexible hours and 5 weeks holiday. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Finance Director, ideally for a charity or not for profit organisation. You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA OR AAT). Previous international exposure would be helpful to drive this growing charity forward on a global level. Working knowledge of using transaction processing software would be useful. You will have an interest in health and fitness and be able to manage a small team. The culture within the office is extremely team focussed, hands on and flexible approach is essential. Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite as well as the ability to influence change where necessary.
