IMC Locums are seeking an experienced and dynamic Locum Community Occupational Therapist to join a team in a community setting. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, helping them regain independence and improve their functional abilities within their home environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a varied caseload and work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:Clinical lead for OT and providing cross cover for PT Lead as needed. Complex case management, discharge planning, AV/HV, supervision of junior staff, MDT working, shared leadership - clinical exemplar, operational leadership. Equipment assessment and provision; moving and handling; orthopaedic, medical and community experience.
