The ideal candidate will work in a busy sub-contract environment, operating external and internal grinding on JandS universal manual grinders. Experience as a Honing Operator is a strong advantage. This role involves working on aerospace and commercial projects, requiring precision and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Operate JandS universal manual grinders for external and internal grinding.Work to tight tolerances and ensure high-quality finishes.Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Requirements: Experience in manual grinding and honing (preferred).Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of different materials and their machining properties.Ability to work to tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment.
