Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Senior Estimator to join their highly successful team. This is a permanent position based in their Leeds office with the option for flexible working.Your new roleAs a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Developing cost estimates for projectsEvaluating and selecting subcontractors and suppliersPreparing cost reportsAssessing project risks and recommending measures to mitigate risksPreparing cost estimates for labour, materials and equipmentBuilding relationships with clients and project stakeholdersConducting site visits on occasion.What you''ll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:A bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management (ideal)Experience utilising estimating software in the Civil Engineering industryExcellent written communication skillsA full UK driving licence.What you''ll get in returnIn return, you will receive:A starting salary of up to £70k/annum (negotiable depending on experience)Company car or car allowance plus a fuel cardHybrid working25 days'' annual leave plus ..... full job details .....
