The Clink Charity, established in 2010, aims to reduce reoffending rates by providing prisoners with valuable skills and qualifications in catering and horticulture. The charity operates training restaurants and gardens within prisons across England and Wales, offering inmates the opportunity to gain City and Guilds NVQ qualifications. The Clink also operates a social enterprise, Clink Events, providing catering to some of London''s most prestigious venues, and it is in the process of opening Clink College, to provide training and support to young people at risk of offending. The Role As CEO, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve The Clink''s mission and objectives. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will oversee the organisation''s operations, champion its mission, and ensure its influence and impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead the charity''s strategic goals, organisational development, and financial sustainability. Inspire and empower the Executive Group to drive the organisation through effective collaboration. Ensure resources are available to meet objectives and future commitments.
