They are looking for someone who is looking to develop their HR career but also someone who has excellent Excel and Data skills !This role requires someone who has a high degree of knowledge on excel e.g. XLOOKUPS, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting, advanced formula knowledge!The Candidates responsibilities:Implement, develop and support HR Reporting and data managementCoordinate all central administration relating to the recruitment, selection, and retention processesMaintain and audit HR Systems to ensure accurate data and recordsAnalyse HR data to advise and recommend policy and process improvementSubmit and complete timely and accurate monthly payroll changesMaintain accurate absence dataProvide HR admin support at formal meetings e.g. drafting invite letters, taking minutes/notes, and compiling hearing packs.Create and maintain all HR related templatesSkills Needed:Experience within a similar role is necessaryEXCEL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIALAn advanced Excel qualification would be idealAn understanding of HR policies and proceduresExcellent communication skills and a proven team work ethicBe confident when it comes to decision making and taking on any queriesConfidence in identifying any issues with the ability to resolve them effectively and ..... full job details .....
