Description: Lettings Consultant and Property Manager - Overview: Our clients are a family business within the Residential Lettings/Management sector. Due to expansion, they are looking for Lettings Consultant / Property Manager to join their high spirited team. There is also the possibility of commission based on performance as well as the ability to bring in new business. Lettings Consultant and Property Manager - Key Responsibilities: Services Control, i.e: Gas, Electricity top ups, water bills, council tax, switch overs Responding to emails from stakeholders, landlords, new enquiries, clients Basic Lettings Tasks: Creation of Leases, Tenancy Agreements, Safety Certifications Updating information within Excel Spreadsheets and Property Software Answering incoming calls Delegating maintenance tasks, allocating engineers Updating tenancy records Sourcing new business Keeping a General diary of office admin Emailing out the Property Database Assisting with various different clients/employees coming into the office Maintaining general housekeeping within the office Lettings Consultant and Property Manager - The Ideal Candidate will: Have previous experience working within Residential Lettings / Property Management Ideally be ARLA Qualified Always willing to ensure the highest level of customer service Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and working with multinational individuals Time management and organizational skills Ability to use various Microsoft ..... full job details .....
