Role and responsibilities: Providing maintenance and installation services Troubleshooting and repair of hardware. Updating assigned jobs via smart phone Adherence to service level agreements to all customers across the region Management of supplied tools and parts to a high accuracy Essential Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff at client sites. Excellent customer service skills Quickly build rapport and gain client confidence. Work individually and as a part of a team. Be able to follow company procedures and methods. Be able to utilise all tools available to resolve 95% of issues at the first time of asking. Ability to quickly learn new products.
