Highly specialised, they are experts in the delivery of advanced education, science and health projects. As a result of this specialisation and their strong return client base, the practice offers a high level of security in their workload and makes a committed investment in their team.Your first project will be a £30 million higher education development for one of the practice''s consistent clients, which is currently going to RIBA stage 2.As a Project Architect, you will be required to:Carry projects through from concept to completion.Use CAD to produce architectural designs.Liaise with contractors and clients where necessary.Display a high level of understanding of education, health or science design principles.Display a high level of understanding of the holistic build cycle.Produce technical drawings with autonomy.To be considered for this role, it is essential that you:Are highly proficient with AutoCAD.Have RIBA/ARB chartership.Have good experience in either the education, health or science sectors.Have experience working on big budget projects.Have experience ..... full job details .....
