Clearfield are currently working with a small, bespoke building company based in Suffolk, seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team and lead the successful delivery of a variety of bespoke, tailored residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operations. Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Problem-solve and manage any issues that arise, finding solutions to keep projects on track. Liaise with the directors and site teams to keep everyone aligned and informed. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role, ideally within bespoke, high-end construction. Strong knowledge of building processes, contracts, and regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
