Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in March who are looking for Machine Operators to join their busy team.About the Business:Our client is one of the UK''s largest growers and packers of fresh potatoes, supplying some of the country''s largest retailers and processors from 2 production facilities.About The Role:This role includes safely running the weighing and bagging machines on the packing line, ensuring customer orders are met to specification and communicating with all departmentsDAY SHIFT- 4ON4OFF, 6:00-18:00 ORNIGHT SHIFT - Monday to Friday, 18:00 - 02:30Pay rate - 12.96 per hour on daysPay rate -up to 14.55 per hour on nightsThis is a PERMANENT position.Roles and Responsibilities:-To ensure all production targets are met, be able to operate machinery and equipment whilst ensuring compliance with all specifications, policies and procedures.-Lead the training and development of new team members.-Full ownership of your line including problem and resolution and improvement ideas-Ensure personal compliance with Standard Operating Procedures-Ensure all records are maintained in a legible and timely manner-Maintain a ''clean as you go'' policy for your lineAbout you:Attention to detailGood team playerFlexibleAbility to use own initiative and be self-motivatedExperience in a similar manufacturing role would be beneficialThis is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business who invest in people.
