Our client, a national public organisation are seeking a Senior Property Manager to drive operational and financial excellence across a regional portfolio in the North West. This role supports healthcare properties, strengthens tenant relationships, and ensures optimal portfolio performance through effective leadership.Responsibilities: Lead a team of Regional Property Managers to ensure efficient property operations and tenant support.Manage the financial performance, budgeting, and reporting of the regional property portfolio.Act as the primary escalation point for stakeholders, resolving operational and property issues.Champion initiatives for data accuracy, contract compliance, and strategic property improvements.Negotiate lease agreements, contracts and oversee service and budget compliance. Ideal Candidate: Degree-level education with a background in property management and landlord-tenant relationsStrong financial and budget management skillsRICS or IWFM qualification preferredPrevious experience within Healthcare industry preferredProfessional, organised, and skilled at building relationships across all levelsAvailable immediately would be beneficial Role Package: Mon- Fri, 9am-5pmSalary around £80,000Permanent contractHoliday 28 days + bank holidays.Sick pay and Income protectionPension 10% employee contributionHealthcare expensesAnnual company performance bonus and pay rise schemes.
