As the SHEQ Advisor you are responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations. This role involves conducting risk assessments, providing training, and advising on best practices to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Key Responsibilities Promoting good health and safety practices throughout the business and drive the development of a positive safety culture with tactical plans that continually improve performance. Lead Safety Committee Meetings and act on feedback. Support the team to ensure the on-going compliance of the company s Integrated Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management Systems with certified ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Complete operational site audits and inspections to achieve health and safety compliance at site level, report back findings and ensure corrective actions are in place. Work with clients and sub-contractors to build alignment with our approach to health, safety and environment.
