Role Details:
- Full-time position teaching pupils with SEN across Key Stages 1 to 4.
- Long-term role with opportunities for career progression.
- Plan and deliver differentiated and engaging lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and therapists to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting students'' academic, emotional, and social development.
- Monitor and assess studentsandrsquo; progress, providing targeted support and feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs.
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills and the ability to implement de-escalation strategies.
- Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs.
- Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with parents, support staff, and external agencies.
- Is adaptable, patient, and committed to ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
