Position: Electrical Project Engineer Location: Scottish Water Framework Salary Guide: Negotiable DOE, Plus Car/Allowance and Excellent Benefits Package Our client is a Tier 1 DandB Contractor operating predominately in the water industry, who are delivering a significant proportion of Scottish Water''s SR21 programme of clean and wastewater non-infrastructure projects throughout Scotland. They are recruiting for an Electrical Project Engineer to deliver projects throughout the Scottish Water region with hybrid working available. You will report directly to the Project Manager and assist in co-ordinating an effective and economic plant design and procurement strategy; ensuring information is issued in time to enable construction, commissioning and putting to work in line with the Contract Programme; provide cost data for forecasts and evaluation of variations Key responsibilities: Ensure project costs do not exceed tender/varied allowanceEnsure contract reviews, monthly forecasts are completed and submitted on timeMaintain good client relationships at all levelsAssist with the Project Management strategyAssist in the production of the contract programme; monitor programme and produce progress reportsProvide data for the timely production of OandM manualsLiaise with subcontractors and suppliersLiaise with site management on design and procurement issuesMonitor subcontract performanceAssist in the preparation of the construction completion and take over documentationWork ..... full job details .....
