Miller Grace are working closely with a highly regarded full-service high-street firm in the Bolton area and are looking Employment Solicitor (2+ Years PQE) to join their dynamic employment team. This will be a fluid position where responsibilities can be shared across 2 different offices that are within close proximity. The department is headed up by highly regarded solicitor who is knowledgeable, supportive and will serve as an excellent mentor to develop further. This role will involve working closely with the solicitor and paralegals within the team. Due to the make up of the department, involvement with strategic growth will be encouraged and opportunities for progression will be available. For this Employment Solicitor position, business development and networking is a massive part of the role also. The successful candidate for the Employment Solicitor role, will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, and will join a great work environment with a team of professional and experienced solicitors across multiple departments to help and assist when due.
