Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Will Writing Fee Earner into their Sheffield Office. You will need to have at least 3-4 years experience handling your own caseload of wills and probate files and duties will include. Handling your own caseload of LPAs, Will Writing , Court of Protection and Estate and Trusts Administration Attending meetings with and taking instructions from clients Providing advice to clients on inheritance and capital gains tax issues Advising clients on all matters relating to Wills, Trusts, and Probate Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior team members Our client prides themselves on their high standards of client care and therefore you must possess excellent communication and client care skills along with a good all round working knowledge of Wills and Probate work.
