They are seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to join their team and ensure their premises are safe, secure, and efficiently managed. Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly health and safety checks to maintain security and ensure evacuation protocols are in place, including opening and closing the building.Plan and prepare meeting rooms for both internal and external clients, including AV setup, while addressing technical queries to meet client needs.Organise safe storage of meeting room furniture and equipment, auditing stock and reporting any deficiencies to the Assistant Facilities Manager.Perform cleaning of external areas, ensuring that drains and gutters remain clear of blockages.Manage waste disposal in compliance with safety procedures and legal requirements.Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and items as needed throughout the building.Supervise deliveries, ensuring building security and accurate record-keeping of delivery notes.Support security measures by responding to requests for assistance, maintaining the integrity of the building and preventing unauthorised access.Provide Reception cover at the start and end of the day, ensuring ..... full job details .....
