Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young minds£ We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Primary, Secondary or SEN School Supply Teachers to join our team in the Buckinghamshire. As a supply teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in education by covering short-term absences, supporting classroom learning, and fostering a positive learning environment.

At Supply Desk we have an excellent system for our supply teachers which allows weekly availability updates via a text message system. This ensures that we work on your availability to assist your career aspirations. Your preferences are taken into account as well as schools that are desired.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans that are tailored to the needs and abilities of the students, ensuring they are engaging and interactive
- Implement strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment, managing student behaviour effectively and consistently.
- Recognise and accommodate the diverse learning needs and styles of students within the classroom, including those with special educational needs or English as a second language
- Monitor student progress and understanding throughout lessons, providing individualised support and feedback as needed to help students achieve their learning goals
- Organise and manage classroom resources effectively to facilitate smooth lesson delivery
- Clear communication with students, teachers and school staff
- Follow school protocols for reporting incidents, accidents, or concerns as required
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to the changing needs and circumstances of different schools and classrooms.

Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience working with primary or secondary school-aged children
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing school environment
- Knowledge and experience of creating an inclusive environment
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Availability to work on short notice and willingness to travel to different schools within the area
