This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, policies and learning and development. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape the employee experience key responsibilities will include:Develop and implement a People Strategy aligned with business needsManage recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiativesProvide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and talent developmentLead HR projects and ensure compliance with regulationsThe CandidateCIPD qualified or equivalent with a proven track record in HR leadershipPassionate about employee engagement and driving continuous improvementStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levelsExperience managing change and delivering HR ..... full job details .....
