This role involves working primarily with Key Stage 2 pupils, supporting small groups and individuals with phonics, interventions, and behaviour management.Key Responsibilities:Work with small groups of children and individual pupils, both within the classroom and in break-out areasSupport students with their phonics and other interventionsAssist with behaviour managementCollaborate with class teachers and the wider school teamIdeal Candidate:Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in Key Stage 2Team Teach certificate is highly desirableStrong communication and organisational skillsA passion for supporting children with additional needsYou will be joining an established group of pupils and working within a supportive school community.
