SENIOR COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 4+ YEARS’ PQE, BERKSHIRE, £COMPETITIVE, JOB REF: 215298838

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join the growing Business Team (Commercial, Corporate and Employment) of a regional Legal 500 firm. This firm is forward thinking and innovative and this role will include advising on emerging technologies and related legislation.

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Commercial and undertake a broad range of commercial work for businesses, charities, SMEs and privately owned businesses, and multi-nationals.

The role will include:
drafting all forms of commercial agreements and terms,
creating bespoke agreements and licences,
advising on IP and IT issues,
providing advice and documentation on data protection,
providing corporate support, and
advising on emerging technologies, such as AI.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years’ PQE with significant previous commercial law experience.

You must be confident managing your own caseload, developing strong working relationships with other teams and engaging in business development.
