You will be responsible for administering other IV therapies, ensuring services are delivered in a patient-centric, customer-focused manner. Your goal will be to optimize therapeutic benefits, enhance treatment adherence, and ensure a positive patient experience, all while adhering to quality and contractual standards.Key Responsibilities:Undertake a clinical assessment of patient''s needs.Conduct training to ensure patient and/or carer are able to safely self-medicate relevant oncology medications e.g. oral tablets.Provide on-going support to patients through the combination of support programmes to include telephone, clinic-based and home visits as per product and client protocols.Assess patients'' home environment to ensure it is suitable for home IV oncology treatment including ensuring the environment is safe and secure, has working means of communication e.g. telephone and ..... full job details .....
