Contribute to the development of these systems. Competent in the use of JIGSAW, Northgate (NEC) and all related ICT systemsProvide advice and guidance to colleagues, customers and stakeholders. Manage escalated or complex customer issues within the specialist areaMaintain all required records and information. Analyse and interpret complex information, for input into Personal Housing Plans and management/member reports. Procedures are adhered to and all information is correctly recorded and processed.Requirements Understanding of the principles of homelessness prevention and knowledge of the full range of housing options available to residentsUp-to-date detailed knowledge of homelessness legislation, guidance and caselaw, and knowledge of the broader housing environmentAbility to work constructively with other services and agencies and to negotiate successful outcomes for customers.Experience working in a housing association or councilDBS will be processed for a successful candidate Contract Monday to ..... full job details .....
