Whilst extensive SEND experience is desirable but not required, a strong knowledge and understanding of SEND and SEMH is necessary.This College enables students with SEND requiring additional support to prepare for the next step of their lives, preparing students to become as independent as possible. All pupils are encouraged to develop life skills through IEPs and EHCPs whilst also getting a fantastic education. There are also opportunities for all students to participate in social and vocational programmes.
