You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of data quality to support accurate business reporting from the Funnel. You will identify and correct of inaccurate data within the CRM system. You will be providing helpdesk support for all CRM system related queries, with a view to resolving in a timely manner. This will include liaising with overseas central support function as required. You will support the sales Funnel Review Calls and update Opportunities as required.
