Finance and Admin Assistant Salary: 27,000 - 33,000Based in HammersmithOffice Based RoleAn international Religious Society based in Hammersmith are looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to take the lead in running the day-to-day finance function. While overseeing all the transactional processes, you will also assist with supporting payroll, budgets and any other financial administrative tasks. Looking for individuals experienced in all finance functions with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other colleagues.Duties include:Processing transactions including purchase ledger, nominal ledger, payroll journals, general journals, bank posting; and helping resolve any related issuesMonitor and process expenses and coordinate the management of the Society''s expense cardsHelp to coordinate banking within the Society under the direction of the Operations Manager and CEOSupport our accountant in the setting and monitoring of budgets and assist non-financial managers in interpreting, preparing, and monitoring related informationSupport Sisters in using financial systems and tools, and work with managers to resolve problemsMonitor and manage utility contracts and make bill payments in line with the Society''s policiesEnsure compliance with internal financial procedures and policiesAttend and minute meetings including finance and investment meetings.Comply with all relevant Health and Safety GuidelinesAnswer calls and deal with queries including ..... full job details .....
