Plan and lead the development of CPA services- Have an understanding of the CPA platform as a whole and take responsibility for teaching this to others- Work with ACOE and CPA stakeholders to understand what needs to be built- Coach and mentor more junior colleagues- Support the transition to operational service- Lead the resolution of operational issues- Find ways to improve system robustness, resilience and stability- Provide support on platform services to the delivery partner(s)- Provide technical support to systems integration activities (including engagement with technical stakeholders).Skills and knowledgeThe Lead Platform Developer should have experience of: Linux OS system administration, Shell Scripting Building/Installing Linux applications including but not limited to JDK 17.
