This role is key in ensuring the smooth delivery of financial performance reporting, optimising accounting processes, and leading a high-performing finance team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all finance and reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate HFM submissions. Lead, develop, and manage a finance team, ensuring high performance and motivation. Provide managerial review of financial reports with a focus on quality and efficiency. Act as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service. Ensure compliance with financial processes, controls, and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies. Support strategic and operational finance objectives. Manage and strengthen customer relationships, addressing challenges proactively. Experience and Skills Required: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience. Proven experience in managing finance, accounting, and reporting functions within a shared service environment. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. Experience in change management and continuous process improvement.
