We are looking for an experienced and versatile HR professional to provide a proactive HR partner service to the club''s corporate and commercial functions. Over the last two years, we have been on a journey of transformation of the HR function, ensuring it is at the heart of the Club, adding value, building the culture, and supporting business decision-making. This new role is a further step towards this vision. Working in a small agile team, reporting to the People Director, flexible four days a week, with one day a week working from home, this role will provide real stretch and autonomy. However, you will also need to be happy to get stuck in the day-to-day, including having oversight of the monthly payroll (prepared by the HR Assistant).
