We are looking for a Textile and Print Operative to join our team!This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, a hands-on approach, and a keen interest in textile printing and manufacturing.Skills and experience:• Previous experience in textile printing or a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)• Good attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Willingness to learn and develop new skills • Basic knowledge of machinery and tools used in textile production (training will be provided)Key Responsibilities: • Operating textile printing machinery (screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, etc.)• Preparing fabrics and materials for printing• Ensuring quality control of printed textiles, checking for defects or inconsistencies• Mixing and applying dyes, inks, and other materials as needed• Maintaining and cleaning print equipment to ensure optimal performance• Assisting with fabric cutting, pressing, and finishing processes• Keeping work areas tidy and adhering to health and safety regulations Hours of work: Monday- Friday 8am-4pmBenefits: • 20 days paid holiday plus bank HolidaysAccess to private medical and dental insuranceFree on-site parkingCycle to work schemeFull training and development opportunities• A dynamic and supportive team environment• Opportunity to work with creative and high-quality textile products A bit ..... full job details .....
