Outreach and Partnerships Manager, Engagement Manager, Strategic Business Development - Community Health, Public Health. REMOTE WORKING/FLEXIBLE LOCATION. A high profile new position has been created in a dynamic healthcare provider, to join as Outreach and Partnerships Manager. You will be working within their commercial team, and be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to support the ongoing business growth plans. It will be busy, varied, challenging and require someone with the ability to think strategically and rapidly adapt to change. You will be fully supported by the senior management team to develop a range of partnerships, from initial outreach to shaping and steering the working arrangements, and nurturing the relationships through to service mobilisation and hand-over. This role requires someone ambitious and driven as it will expand to take on more responsibility and a wider remit once you are established. You will be someone who thrives in establishing partnership working arrangements. Extremely varied, this requires an adaptable individual comfortable leading discussions with senior leaders of major (private and public sector) organisations, as well as grass root charities and voluntary groups.
