Play a significant role in managing and promoting a best-in-class financial control and reporting framework Lead key projects such as adoption of IFRS15 and IFRS16. Lead internal treasury management requirements. Supported by advisors, establish fair value of net assets acquired and prepare acquisition accounting entries and notes to the financial statements. Liaise with the acquisition s incumbent auditors and Group auditors to execute a plan that enables statutory accounts sign off within Group audit timetable.
