Our client the UK s leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke physical security products are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity that allows you to be on the road, work autonomously and solve complex problems, then this is the job for you. Hours: 8 am - 5pm Monday - Friday Benefits: Company Van ,Overtime, Uniform, Tools, Pension, Training etc. The Role: You will be the primary point of contact for all service-related tasks, including maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter and have a passion for problem solving. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to maintain and update your own van stock. You must also be comfortable working with a tablet for job reporting. The role also requires someone who has experience using power tools and drills. As part of your training, you will be required to attend college one day per week which is covered by your employer. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and driving service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
