Site Facilities LeadLocation - Southall Job PurposeThe Technical Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing the service, maintenance, repair, and safe functioning of all hard services . This position ensures that facilities are maintained in compliance with safety regulations and operational standards while coordinating technical staff and supervise external contractors. The role involves both hands-on technical work, leadership responsibilities and championing business critical systems.Key duties and responsibilities1. Facilities Maintenance and Operations Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVACr, electrical, safety systems, etc.Ensure planned preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are completed in conjunction with schedules - via CMMS to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan.Ensure all systems comply with HandS, mandatory legislation, food safe, PFM permit consents, and site regulations as requested.Coordinate the use of CMMS for FM related activity and oversee the BMS for refrigeration monitoring and controlling critical production systems. 2. Leadership Lead a team of facilities technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.Coordinate and oversee external contractors for specialised maintenance tasks, repairs or minor projects as required.Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for record-keeping and audit purposes.Develop and mentor team ..... full job details .....
