The Recruitment Group have an opportunity for candidates interested in a Warehouse Operative Position.Location Marston Green, BirminghamThe hourly rate is £11.44 per hour.This is full-time ongoing role Monday to Friday on a a shift rotation from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.Day to day duties as a warehouse operative: Execute warehouse tasks with precision and efficiency.Picking products via a manual pick sheet.Packing large orders for national customers.Wrapping of pallets with use of wrapping machine.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and targets.Loading and unloading of stockAbility to lift up to 20kg Requirements: Previous experience in warehouse operations is essential.Heavy lifting.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
