Job DescriptionAs Exterior Project Engineer your main responsibilities are:5+ years of Automotive Design and Engineering experience in Exterior systems within Bumpers, Grilles, Fenders, Exterior Trim, Spoilers, LightingHas worked in a Lead Engineer, Product Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Manager role within Exteriors.Has worked with an OEM or Tier 1 supply for Exteriors.Supplier coordination and management experienceKnowledge of DFMEA, Interior manufacturing methodologies and general requirements (Industry best practice and legislation)DVP and testing experience (virtual and physical phase)Production releasing experience.Launch and pre-production build experience.CAD viewing software experience Nice to have:Experience designing composite partsHigh end SUV experienceBEV / EV experienceIdeally has worked in several Exterior commodities (e.g. Bumpers and Spoilers)Start-up experience.
