Role and Responsibilities Installation of CNC lasers, bending and punching machines, software and automation Schedule service check overs and organize service consumables with Admin Provide preventative breakdown maintenance to our contract customers Troubleshoot over the telephone and on-site Provide training for operators, maintenance and programmers Assist Sales with technical support Manage phone calls and correspondence Responsible for the completion and submission of field service reports and expense reports Work closely with our suppliers for the customers benefit Ability to generate additional revenue for the company through a bonus scheme Other responsibilities may be requested to assist within the team. ..... full job details .....
