About the Role: Pertemps is seeking a motivated and results-driven Temporary Telemarketing Executive on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing company based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets to join a supportive and innovative team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of client information.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
