Software Engineer (C#) Southampton, Hampshire (Onsite working) Two month contract Market Rates The Opportunity: We are currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer to assist our client with the building of a web-based automation portal for managing tasks across a complex test environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive C# knowledge, as well as a proven background in Automation and Integration. The system will be able to handle task automation across multiple machines, including configuring IP addresses, computer names and automation processes for simulation software, as well as supporting real-time status reporting from all automated components. Skills and Experience: A proven background and expertise in developing software in C# and .NET development Experience configuring Windows environments programmatically (IP configuration, computer renaming, automation processes) Experience with automation frameworks interacting with software via UI automation (FlaUI.UIA3, UIAutomationClient, WinAppDriver, etc.) Familiarity with Windows PowerShell, WMI, or other scripting methods for system configuration.
